cUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Jones Feed Mills is a family-owned and operated feed mill that produces quality feeds for livestock producers throughout Ontario. Currently we have an opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Linwood location.

Responsibilities include:

· Working in a fast paced, professional team environment with a day-day focus on assisting customers

· Answer telephone inquiries, respond to email orders and serve customers

· Ability to accurately operate computer system to process transactions in a timely manner

· Practice safe working habits always.

· Some Saturdays are required

Agricultural background and post-secondary school education preferred.
